Selection Process

Preliminary Selection

A screening Test (Exam) at 10th Std level will be conducted to short list the candidates. Eligible candidates only will be allowed to take up Screening Test. The date and venue of the Screening Test will be intimated in the Hall Ticket. The candidate can download the Hall Ticket from the Website by entering the application number given in the acknowledgement Slip and his / her date of birth.

Main Selection

The candidates short listed based on the Screening Test Marks in the ratio of 1 : 5 depending on the No. of Vacancies in each category will be allowed for main selection process. If more than one candidate secures the lowest same cut off mark for a particular communal turn all such candidates will be called for main selection.

The final Selection will be in two stages.
a) Practical cum Teaching ability Test
b) Oral Interview.

Suitable weightage for practical experience, employment Exchange waiting period will be added in the final selection. For the Practical cum teaching ability Test, the skill ability of the candidates in the subject of their study will be tested.

  • 9th November who attended the interview got better marks. If possible kindly go through the selection list and clarify about their interview videos kind of stuffs and all other. Who are all performed better on the first day got lost due to the lack of practice, so that first day interview is a fun (or) rehearsal for the next day interview.

    தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்புத்துறையின் முதன்மைச் செயலாளராக பணியாற்றி வந்த அமுதா நேற்று திடீரென அந்த பணியிலிருந்து மாற்றப்பட்டிருக்கிறார். அதற்கு பதிலாக புதிய பொறுப்பு எதுவும் வழங்கப்படாமல், ஏற்கனவே கூடுதல் பொறுப்பாக அவரிடம் இருந்து வந்த உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு ஆணையராக பணியாற்றும்படி அவர் பணிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்.

    உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு ஆணையர் பணி என்பது இளநிலை இ.ஆ.ப. அதிகாரிகளால் கவனிக்கப்படும் பொறுப்பு ஆகும். இதற்கு அமுதா போன்ற முதன்மைச் செயலர் நிலையில் உள்ள அதிகாரி தேவையில்லை. அதே நேரத்தில் தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்புத்துறை என்பது முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் நிலையில் உள்ள அதிகாரியால் கையாளப் பட வேண்டிய பணி ஆகும்.

    அந்தப் பணியிலிருந்து அமுதாவை மாற்றிய தமிழக ஆட்சியாளர்கள், அப்பொறுப்பை ஏற்கனவே சிறு, குறு மற்றும் நடுத்தரத் தொழில்துறையை கவனித்து வரும் முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் மங்கத் ராம் சர்மாவிடம் கூடுதல் பொறுப்பாக தமிழக ஆட்சியாளர்கள் ஒப்படைத்துள்ளனர்.

    சிறு, குறு மற்றும் நடுத்தரத் தொழில்துறையை கவனிக்கவே அத்துறையின் செயலாளருக்கு நேரம் இருக்காது எனும் போது மற்றொரு பெரிய துறையை கூடுதல் பொறுப்பாக அவரிடம் ஒப்படைப்பது இரு துறைகளின் சீரழிவுக்கு மட்டுமே வழிவகுக்கும்.

    இத்தனை பாதிப்புகளையும் கருத்தில் கொள்ளாமல் இ.ஆ.ப அதிகாரி அமுதாவை இடமாற்றம் செய்திருப்பதற்குக் காரணம் தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்புத் துறையில் அவர் நீடிக்கக்கூடாது என ஆட்சியாளர்கள் துடித்தது தான். ஆட்சியாளர்களின் ஊழலுக்கு அமுதா தடையாக இருப்பார் என்பதால் தான் அவரை மாற்ற ஆட்சியாளர்கள் விரும்பினர்.

    தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்புத் துறையின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் இயங்கும் தொழில் பயிற்சி நிலையங்களில் காலியாக உள்ள 329 இளநிலை பயிற்சி அலுவலர் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்பத் தீர்மானித்து அதற்கான அறிவிக்கை 12.01.2016 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டு, 21.02.2016 அன்று எழுத்துத் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்பட்டன.

    அதன் முடிவுகள் 01.03.2016 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டு, அடுத்தக்கட்டமாக முதன்மைத் தேர்வின் ஓர் அங்கமாக செய்முறை மற்றும் நேர்முகத் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்படவிருந்த நிலையில், தமிழக சட்டப்பேரவைத் தேர்தல் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டதாலும், இது தொடர்பாக தொடரப்பட்ட வழக்கை விசாரித்த சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் அடுத்தக்கட்ட நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு தடை விதித்ததாலும் அனைத்து பணிகளும் நிறுத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டன.

    தேர்தல் முடிந்த பிறகும் உயர்நீதிமன்றத் தடை நீடித்ததால் முதன்மை மற்றும் நேர்முகத் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்படவில்லை. இந்த நிலையில், உயர்நீதிமன்றம் விதித்திருந்த தடை கடந்த 12.07.2017 அன்று நீக்கப்பட்டதைத் தொடர்ந்து நேர்முகத் தேர்வுகளை நடத்த தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

    இந்நேர்காணலை மிகவும் நேர்மையான முறையில் நடத்த தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்புத் துறை முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் அமுதா திட்டமிட்டிருந்தது அத்துறையின் அமைச்சர் நிலோபர் கபிலுக்கு பிடிக்கவில்லை என்று கூறப்படுகிறது.

    இளநிலை பயிற்சி அலுவலர் வேலைக்கு ரூ.15 லட்சம் வரை அமைச்சர் தரப்பு வசூலித்திருப்பதாகவும், அவர்களை நியமிக்கும் வகையில் நேர்காணலில் முறைகேடுகளை செய்ய அமுதா முட்டுக்கட்டை போட்டது தான் இடமாற்றத்திற்குக் காரணம் என்று பேசப்படுகிறது.

    மாநிலத்தை ஆள்வது அரசியல்வாதிகள் என்றாலும், நிர்வாகத்தை இயக்குபவர்கள் அதிகாரிகள் தான். அதிகாரிகள் நேர்மையாக செயல்படும் போது அவர்களை ஆட்சியாளர்கள் பாராட்டி ஊக்குவிக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், தமிழகத்திலோ கமிஷன் வாங்கித் தரும் அதிகாரிகளுக்கு உயர்ந்த பொறுப்புகள் வழங்கப்படுவதும், நேர்மையான அதிகாரிகள் பழிவாங்கப்படுவதும் வாடிக்கையாகி வருகிறது.

  • I was answered all the questions in the interview and given lecture in the board in a better manner but they put very low marks. What happened there? How the marks came in fraction?

    • We have only one chance i.e will go to court & put a request to appointment a committee for rechecking of marks. If who is interested, please share here.

  • Anyone know about the tentative month of joining. After this selected list, is any other process there (or) this is final selection. Also please post if anyone got appointment letter.

  • Teacher Ability Test:
    Your choice only. They will give three Topics, you have to select one and talk for 5 minutes.

    Practical:
    They give the raw material with drawing and We need to work on machine.

    Interview :
    Very common & working based question only. All the best.

  • Be bold don't get fear. For experience 5 marks and seniority 5 marks and diploma marks 30 marks, total 40 they are giving. Then technical interview and teaching ability are own topic. They are giving 2 hours time for Practical. No problem all the best.

    • Please reply, how many hours they are conducting the Teaching ability test? Someone told that, they are considering only BE Degree? Is it true? and tell, Is the oral interview on same day (or) some other day?

Some of you have genuine fear about your prospect of getting appointment without corruption. Feedbacks say that the Principal secretary to Labour and Employment is honest and always against corrupt practices. You may give a representation for ensuring no intervention from any quarters.

  • I am from Karnataka. Recently cabinet approved to recruit 2011 JTO including ITI Principal post. Could you please let me know the qualification? I have completed Diploma and Engineering Mechanical stream.
