** CBSE class 12 results announced; 92.71% students pass exam

** CBSE Class 12th Result 2022  The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Class 12th Result 2022 has been declared today, July 22.

** All the candidates can check their CBSE 12th Result 2022 for term 2 board examinations on the official websites – cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in.

** To check the CBSE 12th Result 2022 quickly, students need to type their roll number and other details on the official website of CBSE.

** It is expected that the official website of CBSE might crash or slowdown as a large number of candidates are trying to check their Class 12th term 2 marksheet/scorecards.

** Alternatively, candidates can check the CBSE 12th Result 2022 via DigiLocker, SMS, mobile app and other ways.

** Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala has recorded the highest pass percentage at 98.83 per cent followed by Bengaluru with 98.16 per cent, Chennai with 97.79 per cent, Delhi east and Delhi west with 96.29 per cent.

** However, Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj has recorded the lowest pass percentage at 83.71 per cent.

** Over 67,000 students have been placed in compartment.

** Further, the students who offered six or more subjects and were not able to pass in any of the first 5 subjects except language, declared pass by replacing 6th subject from the failed subject are also allowed u1 Compartment Examination to improve the performance in the failed subject.

** Prayagraj region put up the worst show among 16 regions, secured a pass percentage of 83.7%. Trivandrum emerges as the best performing region with pass percentage of 98.83%.

** A total of 1444341 candidates had registered for CBSE Class 12 board examination. OF these, 14335366 appeared and 1330662 passed the examination. The pass percentage this year has been recorded at 92.71%.

** Trivandrum has recorded best result and Prayagraj the worst. The examinations were conducted in offline mode for Term 2 as well from April 26, 2022 to June 15, 2022.
