Provisional Select List for Upper Division Clerk :
Competitive Examination for recruitment to the post of Upper Division Clerk notified by this Department vide Notification dated 11.08.2015 is scheduled to be held on Sunday, the 25th October,2015 between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 Noon in all the regions (Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam) of Union Terrltory of Puducherry.

i) Enter Roll Number
ii) Enter Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
iii) Click on “Get Mark”
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
(READ carefully the Notification and General Instructions to the Candidates first before Applying)
** Keep ready your recent colour Passport size Photograph & Signature scanned in an A4 sheet with 150 DPI resolutions in JPG image file format, file size not exceeding 150 KB as given in the Photo and Signature Guidelines Text Video.
** Mobile number you provide while registration, should be active till the end of this recruitment process. In case of change, it is the responsibility of the applicant to get it updated by contacting the department.
** In case an applicant does not have a personal mobile/e-mail id, he/she may give a mobile number/e-mail id which he/she can access to get the information passed by Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel Wing).
** The name of the applicant should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the birth certificate/mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify his/her candidature.
** On successfull registration, the user name and password will be sent to the mobile number provided and the same may be noted down for future use.
** Need not be in hurry while filling the details. PREVIEW facility is provided to view the details entered and verify before pressing APPLY button. Once applied, application may be corrected by clicking the apply menu option (2 times only). Thereafter corrections in the online application will not be allowed.
** Online Application will be available from 10:00:00 AM on 12/08/2015 to 05:45:00 PM on 11/09/2015.
** Keep a copy of the online generated application for your future references.
** Avoid multiple applications, which may lead to cancellation of candidature.
** Please logout / signout once you are done working to avoid any misuse of your session.
** To view and print the online generated application use Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded from Adobe Reader mnemonic
