Select list under direct recruitment advertised vide Advt. No. 3/2015 and Internal Notification for the various posts

** Advt.No.3/2015 was published for filling in the various posts of Technical and Non-Technical cadre. The Online test of the candidates was held during 1st, 7th and 8th November, 2015 at various test Centres under Zonal jurisdiction.
** Taking into consideration the performance in the online test and academic performance, the select list has been prepared. The cut-off marks for social and horizontal reservation can be tentatively downloaded from 28.11.2015.
** Those reserved category candidates who are selected on merit have been treated as Open category candidate in the select list.
** The select list will not confer any right on the candidates for appointment.
** The selection of the candidates is purely on provisional basis subject to confirmation of the pre-requisites and other conditions as notified in the advertisement.
** In case of departmental employees of the Company, the selection is provisional, subject to verification of disciplinary action and vigilance investigation if any.
** If it is subsequently found that, any selected candidate is not fulfilling the requirement of pre-requisites or not fulfilling any of the condition, his candidature is liable to be cancelled.
** The selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in the territorial jurisdiction of Company.

** The selected candidates will be allocated to Zones preferably considering their options. The list of allocation will be made available on website subsequently. The documents will be verified by the zonal office and the dates for verification will be published in the website subsequently.

** The marks obtained by the candidate in the online test can be downloaded from the link provided below by registering their Registration Number and Password. This link will be operative tentatively from 28th November, 2015 till 15th December, 2015.

** Maharashtra State Public Services (Reservation for Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes, Denotified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Special Backward Class and Other Backward Classes) Act, 2001 has been enforced by the Govt. of Maharashtra from 29th January 2004. As per the provisions under Sub-section 2(ii) of Section-4 of this Act, the principle of Creamy-Layer has been made applicable to all categories except Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes i.e. VJ (A), NT (B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC & OBC Category. The candidates should produce current years Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in the prescribed form issued by appropriate authority as per Govt. of Maharashtra Circular No. CBC-10/2006/PK15/BCR-5 dtd. 05/06/2006.

** For claiming the benefit of reservation under Backward Class category, the candidates should produce a caste validity certificate issued by Caste Scrutiny Committee. The candidates applying without caste validity certificate of caste claim, if selected, will be appointed provisionally only after submission of proof of submission of documents to appropriate Caste Scrutiny Committee for caste validity as per G.R. No. BCC-2009/P.No.291/09/16-B dtd. 05/11/2009 & G.R. No. BCC-2011/P.No. 1064/2011/16-B dtd. 12/12/2011.

** While every care has been taken in preparing the results, MSEDCL reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake.
** MSEDCL regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
