Revaluation

Students can apply for revaluation of theory papers of the above examinations by ONLINE MODE from 3rd February, 2018 (Saturday) onwards up to 10th February, 2018 (Saturday). The revaluation fee payment for nov 2017 academic year will commence from 03-02-2018. Last date for payment of revaluation fee is 10-02-2018 .

About us

Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (A Christian Minority Institution) formerly known as Sathyabama Engineering College was established in 1987 by Dr. Jeppiaar. It is a premier institute imparting knowledge in the areas of engineering, science, technology and education. The institution’s progress and contribution to the field of technical education for over two decades resulted in granting Deemed University status on 16th July, 2001.

Examinations :
The examinations shall ordinarily be conducted between October and December during the odd semesters and between March and May in the even semesters. The maximum marks for each theory and practical course (excluding the project work and Viva Voce examination in the final semester) shall be 100 with the following breakup.

For the batches upto 2014:
(i) Theory Courses
Internal Assessment : 20 Marks
End Semester Exams : 80 Marks

(ii) For Practical course
Internal Assessment:- –
End Semester Exams : 100 Marks

For the batches from 2015:

(i) Theory Courses
Internal Assessment : 50 Marks
End Semester Exams : 50 Marks

(ii) For Practical course
Internal Assessment : 50 Marks
End Semester Exams : 50 Marks
