Important Information

1. Online examination for the proposed selection process for the Assistant Regional Managers (ARMs) will be conducted at the centers pre-decided by the UPSRTC.

2. Online examination will cover following subject areas:
Assistant Regional Managers (Operations) Assistant Regional Managers (Technical)
a. Management- 25Marks a) Management – 25Marks
b. Accounting – 25 Marks b) Technical- 50 Marks
c. Marketing- 25Marks c) Human Resource Management- 25 Marks
d. Human Resource Management- 25 Marks d) General Knowledge & Reasoning- 25 Marks
e. General Knowledge & Reasoning- 25 Marks

There will be 50 marks written Hindi Essay qualifying exam for testing proficiency in Hindi language. The Duration of this Essay exam will be 30 minutes and will be conducted right after the computer based test. These marks however will NOT be added for the merit list calculation.

3. Successful candidates of the online examination at a cut-off will be called for interview, which has a weightage of a maximum of 15 marks.

4. Merit list will be prepared based on the performance in online examination and interview.

5. The online examination for the Assistant Regional Managers is proposed to be held in March 2015, which may be changed by the UPSRTC, if required.
