SEATS ALLOTMENT FOR AIEESE PARTICIPATED COLLEGE :
After you achieve the success in the AIEESE, then comes the part that you have waited for and applied so much hard work for. Now that you are qualified you have a valid AIR i.e. the All India Rank which makes you eligible for the scholarship and admission in the AIEESE participating colleges. However there is a gradual procedure that needs to be fulfilled and the details of the following are provided below.

Please note that you read all the instructions carefully before applying and for any queries contact us immediately.

1. After the candidates qualifies the AIEESE Exam, the top 1,50,000 AIR holding candidates who are willing to take admission in AIEESE participating colleges would be invited for counselling session.

2. The candidate can attend the counselling session online or offline as per his or her convenience.

3. The candidate is provided the option of selecting the college as per his or her choice.

4. The candidate then gets a registration number and upon completion of counselling, he or she would be able to download admission receipt by using this registration number.

5. The receipt mentions the college name and the branch.

(Kindly take care in preserving the registration number as it would be most important medium in your admission procedure.)

6. The candidate then has to visit the college allotted to him or her by the AIEESE board, along with the documents (that of academics) in full and the admission receipt and takes admission by fulfilling all formalities and paying the fee.

(Kindly note that all the procedures and fees must be completed in accordance to the rules and regulation of the college. AIEESE would not be responsible for any discrepancies.)

7. After the admission has been secured and the seat allotted to the candidate, the next process begins in the month of September. A Scholarship Registration link will be available on the website. The candidates are expected to be on a look out and check the website daily in order to apply at the earliest possible so that the last date rush can be avoided and the process continues smoothly.

8. The candidate should check the website and upon clicking on the link provided, fill all the details required in full, fee structure of the college in which he or she is admitted and admission receipt should be mailed to enquiry@aieese.co.in.

9. Upon completion of all the formalities and the process run through the candidate would be provided the scholarship in accordance to his or her All India Rank and the college fee structure in which he or she is admitted.
